This is another gem that made a good trip great. The hotel is very close to the major sites - the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are only five minutes away by foot. The hotel is nestled away on a quiet street that is surrounded by other lodgings, restaurants and little stores. There's an open market and a little bazaar close by if you want fresh fruits or vegetables. I had a deluxe room, which was perfect. It was standard European size and had a great shower. What made me really enjoy my stay was the great service I received. Everyone there was very friendly especially Fatih. He always had a patient answer to every question I asked...and I know I asked a lot of stupid questions. I live in Texas so despite the fact I had read up on Islam, I still knew very little. Fatih always happily answered any new question I had when I'd come back in the evenings. It really felt like coming home every day! As a female that travels solo often, this is the best hotel I've ever encountered on my solo adventures.

Stayed for 3 nights in the room that's at the street level. Our stay was excellent. Here's the best part. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Their (stated) priority is to make you feel comfortable and satisfied and they do the best they can to accomplish this. Whether you need some toast and tea because you are sick, or you need directions or tips they will help. The breakfast was good and diverse. It is served at the topmost floor where you can also enjoy a view of the Bosphorus. The room was large enough, clean initially and maintained perfectly clean every day. It had a fridge, tv, internet, everything we needed. The location was good, minutes of several important attractions: Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi palace, basilica cistern. It was a very nice place to stay at. I would happily return. Many thanks to Fatih at the reception desk for the help. Communicating in English with him was so easy.

This hotel is an absolute gem!! It's location is unbeatable as it is very close to the major sites - the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are only five minutes away by foot. The Grand Bazaar is a 15 minute walk. It is also about a 5 minute walk to the tram. The hotel is nestled away on a quiet street that is surrounded by other lodgings, restaurants and little stores. There is even a little convenience store a block away if you want snacks or fresh fruit (not a big ion but convenient). What was truly special was the great service I received.Everyone there was very friendly.t really felt like coming home every day! I'd walk through the door, plop on the couch and we would talk for a good 15 minutes about how my day went and what I had learned about this beautiful city. I would highly recommend it and would love to return one day.

This was a lovely hotel in a very accessible area. The rooms were furnished beautifully and were really warm and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and But most importantly, the service was excellent. I have no words to describe how wonderfully we were treated there by the young staff. We took a trip to Cappadocia and our flight was at 6am in the morning. We had to leave by about 4:30am for the airport. Not only did the staff prepare breakfast for us in the wee hours of the morning, they were even apologetic that they were unable to get fresh bread for us.

We loved this hotel and the service was exceptional. Thank you to Fatih for making us feel so welcomed. We really enjoyed our 4 days in Istanbul. I stayed at the Osmanhan Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. Even before arriving, the hotel helped us make transportation arrangements form and to the airport. From the minute we arrived, we felt welcomed by Fatih and the great staff, comfortable bed, very good a/c and windows that open, shower is very good. The Turkish breakfast is also very good and is served on the terrace which looks out to the Marmara sea and back to the mouth of the Bosphorus. We were surprised to find out that this hotel was very nice for money they were charging. The hotel is very well located within walking distance of the main sights of Istanbul, the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. restaurants and to the tram stop. Thank you, Fatih, for a great experience and for all the maps and I would gladly return!
